Delivery and returns
Delivery
Items in stock are shipped within 2 business days.
When you order, you choose a requested delivery date. It is at least 2 business days after the order date. If an item in your order is not in stock yet, the expected delivery date of that item applies. You see that date on the item and in your cart.
Delivery times are indicative and depend on the carrier.
Minimum order value and shipping costs
The minimum order value is € 250.00 excluding VAT per order. We deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Are you in another country? Please contact us.

All amounts exclude VAT. Shipping costs are calculated on the subtotal of your order.
In how many deliveries
Below the free shipping threshold we deliver your order in one delivery, as soon as everything is in stock.
From the free shipping threshold we deliver in a maximum of two deliveries.
Check your delivery
Check your order right away when you receive it. Do you see damage, a defect or a different quantity? Report it within 5 working days of receipt via sales@leeff.com, with your order number and photos.
Returns
Dealers have no cooling-off period. Do you want to return something? Please contact us first via sales@leeff.com with your order number and the items. You may only send a return after we have given written permission.
A return must be in its original, undamaged packaging. For processing we may charge a handling fee. Items that were ordered or assembled specially for you are not taken back.
